Task: To organize a New Year's corporate party for employees in an unusual format to communicate the company's mission and key business message for the new year.

Solution: The format of the New Year's musical "The Big Question", created on the basis of internal corporate stories and issues, has been proposed and implemented. The mission - "Everything starts with you" - became the basis for the entire narrative, the storyline of the musical and the final message for the audience. More than 120 employees of the company took part in the musical, 10 musical compositions were written for the numbers.
