Objective: to сreate an idea of the event, which will harmoniously combine the corporate culture of the company (mission and values), involvement of employees before and during the event, birthday celebration and digitalization as the business engine of the company.
Solution: Creative concept "connect picnic" built on the basis of digital platform-Instagram. The engine of the whole event before and during the project is the "connection" of the company's employees by means of activities and tasks in social media aimed at meeting people, exchanging interests and ideas, creating the content of the event itself, on-line viewing of what is happening on the project. 11 hours of live coverage, 15 activity zones, more than 500 SMM posts, headliner performance (IOWA) and fireworks at the end of the evening.
