Solution: Creative concept of " Territory of challenge ". Each participant was challenged-to reveal themselves from a professional point of view and demonstrate their capabilities in a truly extreme conditions. For a professional evaluation participants were invited business trainers and instructor on survival, who accompanied the team at all stages.
